汽車第三人責任保險之違約風險接受度與購買決策

摘要


本研究旨在探討汽車第三人責任險違約風險接受度與購買決策的關係。以保險公司存在違約可能性時的保費折扣率以及消費者過去的購買經驗為依變數,人口統計變數及其他購買決策變數為自變數,探討不同的人口統計變數及其他購買決策變數是否對折扣率及購買經驗有顯著的影響。研究方法是以問卷調查為主要架構,針對年滿18歲以上消費者為抽樣對象,並將回收之有效問卷資料以統計軟體SPSS18.0版本進行統計分析,運用ANOVA、卡方檢定、pearson相關分析及點二系列相關分析等方法,將問卷回收問項資料作敘述統計分析與實證分析。研究結果顯示: 一、人口統計變數中「教育程度」及「所得收入」及其他購買決策變數中「風險態度」對汽車第三人責任保險的違約風險接受度-即所接受之保費折扣率有顯著的影響。 二、人口統計變數中「性別」、「出生年次」、「婚姻狀況」、「所得收入」、「是否為經濟來源」及其他購買決策變數中的「購買決策能力」及「悲觀和樂觀程度」對汽車第三人責任保險的購買與否與有顯著的影響。

This study aims to investigate the relationship between default risks of automobile third-party liability insurance and purchase decision-making. Dependent variables include the discount rate of default risk premium and purchasing experience, while independent variables include demographic variables and other decision-making variables. This study explores whether demographic variables and other decision-making variables have significant impact on the discount rate and purchasing experience. Questionnaire survey was conducted on respondents over 18 years old. The data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 for descriptive analysis and empirical analysis. Statistical methods included ANOVA, Chi-Square, Pearson correlation and Point-Biserial Correlation. 1. Among all demographic variables, “educational attainment” and “income” have significant effects on the acceptance of default risks associated with automobile third-party liability insurance; among all other purchase decision-making variables, “attitudes towards risks” have significant impact on the acceptance of default risks associated with automobile third-party liability insurance. 2. Among all demographic variables, “gender,” “birth year,” “marital status,” “income,” “income sources” have significant effects on the purchase of automobile third-party liability insurance. Among all other purchase decision-making variables, “purchase decision-making power” and “degree of pessimism and optimism” have significant effects on the purchase of automobile third-party liability insurance.
