This research investigates how the risk perception of the cyclists in Taiwan influences the bike insurance and purchase attempts to enhance the directions or attempts of the bicycle industry to develop related bike insurance policies. The research targets of this research are the riders of Giant cyclists in Taichung City, a total number of 270 research sample while the research approach is based on descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and one-way ANOVA to verify the assumptions in this research. No.1, 2, 3 assumptions are valid in this research, with a significant difference between the recognition of bike insurance and purchase attempts. In addition, the price of the purchased bicycle, the bicycle-riding frequency, and the major timing of riding a bicycle will directly influence different insurance perceptions.
