ERP系統導入後對財會人員影響之實證研究

摘要

企業資源規劃系統(ERP)能夠有效整合部門間資訊，並可即時反應整體企業經營現況，提升企業整體競爭優勢；然而，企業導入ERP後，財會人員的工作環境從傳統人工作業改變為資訊系統環境，財會人員之工作環境丕變。因此本研究透過問卷調查之方式，以財會人員為問卷之發放對象，企圖探討企業導入「ERP」系統後對「財會人員」之公司地位、工作效率以及工作職能之影響；並研究當企業導入ERP系統後，財會人員所須具備的職能要求為何?
研究結果指出當企業成功導入ERP系統後，若企業顯示導入效益，如：財務效益、成本效益或企業流程改革效益，將對財會人員於組織中的地位提高、工作量降低及工作效率提升帶來正面的效益；其次，企業導入ERP系統後，財會人員最須具備之職場能力分別為「分析及應用會計制度能力」、「資訊處理能力」及「職場軟性能力」。

When enterprise successfully implement an ERP systems, accountants working environment changes from an earlier manual work to the information system operating environment. Therefore, this study was designed to investigate the benefit of accountants in enterprise when the company successfully implementing an ERP system. Questionnaires were issued to accountants as the questionnaire survey in this study. Study on Enterprise after implementing ERP systems, the impact on the status, work efficiency and the workload of accountants in order to better understand whether the ERP system can create new value to accountants. The study finds that when the companies successful implementing ERP system and produce some benefits, such as financial benefits, cost-effectiveness effect or process engineering effects, that will promote the career of accountants in the company and reduce their workload, furthermore, enhance their work efficiency. The other finding in this study is when enterprise successful implementing ERP system, the most important ability in the workplace including：I/T system processing ability, analysis/application AIS ability, and workplace flexible capacity.
