國中流浪教師工作壓力風險評估

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中流浪教師所面對的工作壓力來源。研究方法是採質性深入訪談,以四名國中流浪教師為研究對象,進行結構式訪談,記錄其工作環境、工作壓力與工作投入的實際情形,以及為何在艱困的教師甄選環境還能繼續堅持走下去。   將訪談資料經過整理,並加以分析,歸納出可能造成國中流浪教師工作壓力之來源有:流浪所帶來的不穩定以及不確定感、時間及年紀所帶來的壓力、教學以外的工作、經濟壓力、考季時體力的消耗及金錢上的花費、同儕壓力以及自我期許等等壓力來源。可見國中流浪教師的工作壓力是多面向的。   最後分別針對政府機關、學校單位及流浪教師提出以下建議: 一、調整師資供需的平衡、暢通退休制度、統一辦理教師甄試、給予流浪教師更好的福利制度。 二、給予輔導與協助、友善尊重的態度。 三、提升實力,等待契機、培養教學以外的第二專長。

The purpose of this study is to explore the sources of job stress faced by vagabond teacher in junior high school. In this study, we interviewed four vagabond teachers in junior high school, and conducted structured interviews to record the actual situation of their work environment, job stress and job input, as well as why they can continue on the exam of teachers.      The data of the interview were sorted out and analyzed, and the possible sources of job stress are as follows: the instability caused by vagrancy, the stress caused by uncertainty, time and age, work outside of teaching, economy stress, physical exertion and money spent during the test season, peer pressure, and self-expectation. It shows that job stress of vagabond teacher in junior high school is multi-oriented.   Finally, the following suggestions are made for government , school and vagabond teacher:   First, adjust the balance of supply and demand of teachers, smooth retirement system, a unified selection test of teacher, to give vagabond teacher a better welfare system.   Second, to supply counseling and assistance, friendly and respectful attitude.   Third, enhance the strength, waiting for an opportunity, to cultivate the second expertise beside teaching.
