公共自行車騎乘服務便利性與騎乘滿意度之關係研究─以臺中市微笑單車為例

摘要


本研究主要在探討臺中市微笑單車騎乘服務便利性對騎乘滿意程度的影響。針對目前較熱門的租賃點進行問卷發放,共計發出300份問卷,獲得279份有效問卷,有效回收率93%。以敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,獲得以下結論: 一、微笑單車經問卷調查結果騎乘時段以下午17:01-20:00之人數佔39.8% 為多數,騎乘時間以30分鐘內佔45.2%為多數,每週騎乘頻率以1-2 次 佔51.2%,騎單車的目的以逛街閒逛佔29.6%為多數,由此可知,受訪 者騎乘微笑單車的時間主要集中於下班的尖峰時段,且以短程的交通接 駁為主。 二、本研究結果顯示,服務便利性平均值為3.73整體騎乘滿意度平均值為 3.92,表示受訪者對於服務便利性、騎乘滿意度傾向於同意。 三、不同騎乘者特性對騎乘滿意度研究結果,在騎乘時段及騎乘頻率對騎 乘滿意度之差異達顯著性的差異,在騎乘時間及騎乘夥伴對騎乘滿意 度之差異則未達顯著性的差異。 四、服務便利性對騎乘滿意度有部份的顯著性的影響。

This study explores the impact of public riding service on riding satisfaction of public bicycle. We issued 300 questionnaires at poupular rental places and obtained 279 valid questionnaires. The effective rate is 93%. With the help of the statistics methods such as descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way analysis of variance , multiple regression analysis and others for analysis, we reach the following conclusions: First, the result shows 39.8% of Youbike users ride bikes between 5:01 pm and 8 pm. 45.2% of users ride bikes within 30 minutes. 45.2% of users ride bikes for shopping. Thus, we draw the conclusion that users mostly ride bikes at rush hour for short distance transportation. Second, the study shows the average value of public riding service is 3.73 and the average value of riding satisfaction of public bicycle is 3.92. That shows the users’ attitude for the public bike service is positive. Third, the realationship between charcterisitcs of users and riding satisfication is significant on the use time period and frequence, whereas the realationship beteween riding time or partners and riding satisfication is non –significant. Fourth, the relationship between public riding service accessibility and riding satisfaction is partly significant.
