摘要

企業前進的腳步在二十一世紀全球化中如果停滯就可能消失，包括產品、服務及公司治理都必須跟上時代的管理思維與工具，其中ERP系統已成為企業經營不可忽視的一個環節。學術單位對ERP系統的研究，大多著重於企業導入的個案研究，或是以企業使用者為對象的研究。ERP的實施，牽涉到ERP系統、企業及ERP廠商三方面的配合，但針對ERP系統的提供者或輔導顧問為主體的研究相當少。
因此，本研究旨在探討ERP系統整合能力、導入部門準備程度與ERP供應商支援能力三者是否皆對企業的有形效益與無形效益產生正向的影響。研究對象是提供ERP系統的廠商及協助企業導入ERP的從業人員，利用電子郵件寄送問卷方式進行調查。實證資料以SPSS 14.0統計軟體進行信度分析，再用AMOS 6.0統計軟體進行結構方程式建模(SEM)分析所得之因子負荷量及路徑係數，評鑑出最佳配適模式並檢定本研究假設。結果發現ERP系統整合能力、導入部門準備程度與ERP供應商支援能力三者對有形效益產生正向的影響；ERP系統整合能力與導入部門準備程度二者對無效益產生正向的影響。

ERP system has already become a link that can't be ignored for business management. Study in ERP system of academics, mostly focus on the case study of ERP implementation, or regard enterprise user as the research subject. Implementation of ERP, involves ERP system, enterprise and ERP system provider. However, using implementation consultants as research subject is quite little.
So, this research aims at probing into the impact of the integration ability of an ERP system, the readiness of each department of a firm and the ability which ERP vendor on the benefit of implementing ERP system. The research subjects of this study are the ERP system implementation consultants. The survey was conducted by using a e-mail questionnaire. The empirical data underwent reliability analysis using SPSS 14.0 statistical software. Then, structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis was done using AMOS 6.0 statistical software to identify the factor loading and path coefficient, evaluate goodness-of-fit of the best fitting model, and test research hypotheses. The results supported the hypotheses that the ability of the integration of an ERP system, the readiness of each department of a firm and the ability which ERP vendor have a positive impact on tangible benefits of a firm; the hypotheses that the integration ability of an ERP system and the readiness of each department of a firm have a positive impact on intangible benefits of a firm.
