綠色環境保護產品設計流程之探討 以GPS產品為例

摘要


本文所要探討的是如何建立、架構起綠色環保系統,在探討進行一個產品的開發流程,就必須由企劃評估、工程評估、研發設計到生產製作的整個過程中去做整體架構,在此架構下有許多需要制定的想法,與實際執行面之流程就是我們所要建立的一套系統。 其實在談到綠色設計時,並不是真的只有在設計開始時才導入綠色想法,換言之我們必須從開始的企劃與評估就應用環保意識考量,一般來說公司的企劃人員只會考量到產品功能與成本控制,而把環保的問題留給設計部門或是生產部門去解決,這樣的想法其實是不正確的行為模式。本文的動機就是希望透過本研究將環保系統標準化,讓還不瞭解綠色環保的人,或要導入綠色環保的企業,都能很容易進入環境保護的模式下,進行設計、生產與製造產品。 本研究中分為三個階段來探討環境保護,第一階段探討RoHS與WEEE指令規範,並依原指令的規範下設定自主規範。第二階段探討設計手法,針對RoHS指令下有害物質禁用之考量,設計產品結構的方式,與WEEE法規下回收系統之設計方式。第三階段驗證以上兩階段之要求是否達成環境保護,研究中利用圖表之方式,讓讀者能快速輕鬆的了解環保意義、環保目的與如何讓產品符合RoHS與WEEE之訴求。 另外,本文之研究中將以產品之實例來做說明,更加地深入探討產品設計階段與產品生產階段之手法,並且有效率的執行綠色環境保護規章,要如何將這些項目展開來逐一檢視確保,這都已經是現在不容再忽視的問題了。畢竟保護環境是要靠全球所有人的共同維持,大家都應該要盡自己的一份心力。

The purpose of this study is to investigate how to establish and construct a green environmental protection system. During the study of product development process, we need to work on an integral framework of the entire process including planning evaluation, engineering evaluation, research development and design, production and manufacturing. Under this framework, there are many concepts and practical implementation that are necessary to be set up. Green design does not really mean the ideas of green are only introduced at the beginning of design. Instead, we need to consider environmental friendliness from the beginning planning and evaluation. In general, planning personnel of a company only considers the product functions and cost control, leaving the environmental protection issue to the design or production departments. This is inaccurate. The purpose of this article is to standardize environmental protection system, enabling those who still do not understand environmental protection or enterprises wishing to introduce environmental protection to easily be in the model of environmental protection in order to design and manufacture products. This research is divided into 3 stages. Stage I explores RoHS and WEE standards and established autonomous standards under the original directives. Stage II discusses design methods—structure of product design under the consideration of restrictive substances in RoHS directives and recycling system under WEE regulations. Stage III testifies whether the preceding two stages achieve environmental protection. Figures and charts are used to help readers quickly and easily understand the meanings and purposes of environmental protection and how to make products meet RoHS and WEE requirements. The research also explains with actual examples of products and further discusses methods in product design and product manufacture, ensuring how to effectively environmental protection regulations one by one. Such issues are not to be ignored anymore. The environment depends on each and every person in the world to maintain and we shall do our job.
