應用光電倍增管於生物冷光檢測儀之系統開發

摘要


本研究主要目的為開發出一台生物冷光儀,其中包含了感應器、二軸移動平台、控制器、人機介面四個部分。 感應器部分,使用日本的浜松ホトニクス株式会社(Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. )所生產的光電倍增管(Photomultiplier Tube),型號為H5773,輸出類型為電流輸出。本研究設計了一個後級轉換電路,透過去除雜訊、電流轉換電壓、反相放大、比較器等方法,將訊號轉換成數位電壓訊號。二軸移動平台部分,除了使用步進馬達移動外,還加入了光遮斷器的應用,可以因應不同之量測孔盤大小而更換零件,進而提升其泛用性。控制器則是使用單晶片來讀取光電倍增管後級轉換電路的訊號脈波數目,控制二軸移動平台的移動,與透過RS-232與人機介面溝通。人機介面使用Microsoft Visual Basic來撰寫,有讀取秒數設定、指定讀取位置、計數數字等功能。 在本研究中,對於H5773型光電倍增管的後級轉換電路幾乎已經開發完成,人機介面亦可以正確地將二軸平台移動到正確位置。

The purpose of this research is to develop a luminometer including four parts: sensor, X-Y table, controller, and human-machine interface. In sensor part, we used the photomultiplier tube (PMT) produced by Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. with type number H5773 and current-output type. This research designed a translating circuit, using noise suppression, current-to-voltage converting, inverting amplifier, and comparator to change the signal from analog to digital. In X-Y table part, we used not only the step motor to move the table, but also the photo interrupter to extend the general usage by changing different part for different measuring panel size. Controller was used the microchip in order to count the signal pulses, control the table to move, and communicate with human-machine interface software through RS-232. Human-machine interface was written by Microsoft Visual Basic, including usages as setting reading time, selecting reading position, and showing the counting number. In this paper, the translating circuit of H5773 PMT almost completed, and the human-machine interface could make the X-Y table move to the correct position.
