本實驗為探討化學拋光對於7075-T6鋁合金陽極氧化膜物性的影響,利用化學拋光的方式改善金屬表面的光澤度與粗糙度,改善陽極處理後氧化膜層的物性,如:膜厚、粗糙度、光澤度、硬度,及利用SEM觀察氧化膜的表面狀況,如:孔洞數量、孔徑大小。實驗結果發現,鋁合金經過化學拋光後,表面光澤度從341提升到854,經陽極處理後表面光澤度可提升100~150左右,且經過化學拋光後的陽極氧化膜層,硬度、膜厚、耐蝕性、光澤度相對比未經化學拋光的鋁合金提高了許多,粗糙度則比未經化學拋光的鋁合金降低;對於表面形貌,7075-T6鋁合金經化學拋光後陽極氧化膜的孔洞數量較多且孔徑也相對較小,而未經拋光的孔洞較少且孔徑較大。
This experiment is to investigate the effect of chemical polishing on the physical properties of 7075-T6 aluminium alloy anodic oxide film. The chemical polishing improves the glossiness and roughness of metal surface, and modifies the characteristics of anodized oxide film, the thickness of film, roughness, glossiness and hardness. Finally, the condition of the oxide surface is observed through SEM. The results conclude, the chemical polishing and anodic oxidizing process improves the glossiness of aluminum alloy from 341 to 854 and 100 ~ 150 respectively. The chemical polishing process not only enhanced the hardness and thickness of the oxide film, but also the glossiness and corrosion resistance. The roughness of oxide film has decreased post chemical polishing. Regarding the surface properties of oxide film, the numbers of pores and pore diameters on the 7075-T6 aluminium alloy have both been amended during the chemical polishing process. V
