本論文研究目的在於建立適合大學部專題寫作之教材,本文中以γ型史特靈引擎為範本,藉此讓同學在專題寫作的過程中複習並更深入了解大學課程中曾經學習過的熱力學,動力學,精密機械加工等科目。同學在依本範本進行專題製作過程中,首先以熱力學分析史特靈循環,再進行γ型史特靈引擎的類似設計,最後將製作完成的引擎各部分尺寸參數代入Schmidt 理論繪製理想狀態下引擎P-v 圖,並以P-v 圖面積計算理論輸出功,與實際量測動力做比較,討論其機械效率。 製作本專題的同學在分析史特靈循環的過程中,經由理論與實際的結合將對熱力學將有更深入的了解。進行γ型史特靈引擎的類似設計可培養機械設計與精密機械加工之能力,最後分析理論輸出功與量測值做比較,討論其機械效率並提出改良方案。機械系畢業同學在經由以上學習過程可對大學生涯中各修習科目有更整體的了解,培養其成為傑出的工程師。
The purpose of thesis is to establish a teaching material for students who is writing special topic. This teaching material is based on the γ type Stirling engine. Students can review what they have learned in college courses such as the thermodynamics, dynamics, and practice machining skill during the writing process for this special topic. The students will have further understanding of what is learned in the college when they follow this teaching material. Combining the theoretical analysis, practical machining and measurement, a student who follows the teaching material will learn more knowledge and will also be a good engineer in future.
