小型α式史特靈引擎動力輸出機構之開發

摘要


本論文是主要研究Crank、Scotch yoke、Ross yoke,三種α Type熱空氣引擎,在不同形式動力輸出機構,對引擎輸出性能所產生的影響,文中將對引擎的機構設計與做動原理進行解說,配合實際製作與實測引擎輸出轉速探討其不同輸出機構所帶來的影響,並由其速度變化量與飛輪慣性矩分別求得其每秒加速度與力矩的變化。 模型熱空氣引擎有別於一般引擎,由於其做動條件非常嚴格,稍微的加工誤差也將影響其做動特性,因此製作者就算根據相同的圖面,其製作結果的特性也會產生很大的差異,模型熱空氣引擎的特性非常的纖細,雖然零件數不多,但一般皆必須在組裝上經過微量的調整,才能順利做動。 本研究室逐年致力於國內技術教育的推廣,藉由本研究得知製作者必須設法由製作與組裝中發現問題並設法解決,並從解決問題培養基礎的工程技術知識與工程設計之創造力,因此本篇論文也在將來做為本研究室技術教育課程中的一環。

This thesis is a major research Crank, Scotch yoke, Ross yoke, three kinds of α Type hot air engine power output in different forms of body, engine output performance impact, the paper will be the engine of the body design and make moving principle of interpretation, with the actual production and the measured engine output speed of the different impact of the output body by its velocity is calculated separately with the flywheel moment of inertia and the moment of their change of acceleration per second. Model hot air engine is different from the general Yin Qing, or movable because of its conditions are strict, a bit of processing errors will also affect the dynamic characteristics of their doing, so even if the producers under the same drawings, the result of the characteristics of its production would be substantially differences in the characteristics of model hot air engine is very slim, although the number of small parts, but in general are to be assembled on through the micro-adjustments to make moving smoothly. The laboratory is committed each year to promote domestic and technical education, through this study that must be produced by the production and assembly to find the problem and to address and solve problems from the project to develop basic technical knowledge and engineering design creativity, so This paper will also serve as the laboratory technology education program in part.
