2010年台中市「文化生活圈」策略規劃之研究

摘要

本研究以「文化生活圈」的概念，探討2010年合併後之台中市文化生活圈發展規劃方向及可行性策略，提供未來地方文化永續發展之參考，研究方式採廣為企業界所使用之策略規劃的方式，以深度訪談法為主，透過專家學者意見，以質性資料分析步驟歸納研究資料，據以建構出合併後台中市文化生活圈發展策略與發展願景。
在結論中，經資料彙整及TOWS矩陣分析產生十九項發展的策略，並提出合併後台中市文化生活圈規劃藍圖如下：
（一） 以族群及居民屬性來劃設文化生活圈，縣市交界區會自然的整合。
（二）原台中市核心部份，可以整合成一個完整的生活圈。
（三）增加原住民文化生活圈，共規劃成七個文化生活圈。

This research is discussing a strategy about the plan of cultural life circle and development in Taichung municipality. It provides for the cultural developing of Taichung municipality after combining in 2010. We hope to improve environment of local culture and establish cultural facilities to link up with life. Further build a high quality international city.
In conclusion, the TOWS matrix analysis all collected documents and development nineteen strategies. It also provides plans of culture life circle of Taichung, it as follow.
(1) To establish a culture life circle by the tribal groups and residents, and to integrate the region of county and city border naturally.
(2) It may merge a complete life circle on the basis of the core part of original Taichung city.
(3) Increases the aboriginal people’s culture life circle, and plans seven cultural life circles.
