基層家庭醫師診所對民眾用藥知能與用藥安全、用藥服務行為之滿意度研究

摘要


目的:本研究以病患的觀點,探討用藥知能、用藥安全對用藥服務 滿意度之間所呈現的關係,並進一步探究基層家庭醫師診所服務的中介效果,以提供醫療院所作為建議。 方法:本研究以台中地區基層家庭醫師診所病患為研究對象,採用 結構式問卷調查方式進行研究,問卷共發出220份,回收192份,有效問卷回收率為87%。資料分析方法包含描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析。 結果:資料整理後以SPSS 進行統計分析,結果顯示:(1)病患於 就診前後在用藥知能及用藥安全有正相關。(2)病患用藥知能、用藥安全與用藥服務行為滿意度有正相關。(3)性別及各年齡層在用藥服務滿意度上並沒有顯著差異。 結論:基層家庭醫師服務為影響滿意度之重要影響因素;而病患用 藥知能、用藥安全與用藥服務行為滿意度與基層家庭醫師診所之介入而有差異。

Objectives: This study focuses on the impact of perception of medical knowledge and medical safety on satisfaction of patient and their family members, further exploring the effect of the primary family physician clinics’ service as a mediator. This research will give some constructive advices to the hospital and clinics. Method: A structured questionnaire was sent to 220 and the valid questionnaires were 192. The response rate was 87%. Descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, and multiples regression analysis. Results: In terms of the collected data, the findings of this study are summarized as below. (1) The patient’s medical knowledge and medical safety before and after treatment has significantly positive influences to medical service quality. (2)Medical knowledge and medical safety has significantly positive influences to patient satisfaction. (3) Different gender and age to service satisfaction is not significant. Conclusion: The primary family physician clinics’ service as the effect of the important factors of satisfaction; medical service has the mediate effect on the medical knowledge, safety and satisfaction.
