聽覺障礙者就業需求技能之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討聽覺障礙者就業時一般雇主所要求其基本工作能力,並利用我國職業需求統計資料發展出身心障礙勞工可從事之新區塊,並針對聽覺障礙者評量其就業時是否具備一般就業技能所需的基本水準,期能作為國內特殊教育及身心障礙者輔導就業工作者在提供聽覺障礙者職業訓練或是輔導就業的依據。本研究目的在探討聽覺障礙者於就業時所需的一般就業評量技能為何及發展聽覺障礙者所可以就業之行業類別區塊,研究結果也提供國內特殊教育及聽覺障礙者輔導就業工作者於輔導就業時之依據。本研究採用的是人因工程研究方法裡面的評鑑性研究,根據依據宋仁傑(2002)之應用職業分析變項探討薪資預測模式之705份研究數據及國立台中啟聰學校就業輔導中心於學生實習單位請業主代填之18份問卷。研究結果發現機械性操作工與目前聽覺障礙者所從事之工作同質性最高,因此建議未來學校應針對此工作類型對聽障者定期或不定期加強工作技能訓練、和安全衛生管理訓練,使其瞭解正確工作流程,對於不安全行為和不安全的環境能夠有更深的認知。

The aim of this study is to discuss when the sense of the hearing-impaired employment the common employer wanting the as desired basic working ability, and develops the physical and mental handicapped laborer using our country professional demand statistical data to be possible to be engaged in the new area, and the aims at sense of the hearing-impaired comments time quantity its employment whether has the basic standard which the general employment skill needs, the time can take the domestic special education and the physical and mental handicapped counselling employment worker is providing the sense of the hearing-impaired occupation training perhaps the counselling employment basis. The purpose of the study is to discussion sense of the hearing-impaired to employment needs why does the general employment comment the quantity skill and the development sense of the hearing-impaired may profession of category sub-area the employment. The research according to rests on Sung Jen-chieh (2002) the application job analysis discussion salary to forecast 705 the research data and state-run National taichung School for the deaf employment counselling center to practise the unit to the student to ask the owner generation to fill in 18 to ask the volume. The findings discovered the mechanical operator and the present sense of the hearing-impaired is engaged in the work homogeneity to be highest, therefore the suggestion future the school will be supposed to aim at this work type to listen to bonding regular or non-periodically strengthens the workmanship training, and the safety and health management training, will cause its understanding correct work flow, and safe and secure environment will not be able to have a deeper cognition regarding not the security behavior.
