摘要
神經性肉瘤極為罕見，尤其是口腔區域。研究報告顯示神經纖維瘤病(neurofibromatosis)病人有4~29%可能產生神經性肉瘤。本病例為一48歲女性患者，主訴下唇左側麻木感合併下顎左側左側前庭區腫塊，身體檢查發現無痛性腫塊位於左下小臼齒牙根區，大小約直徑1.2公分，經切片證實為神經性肉瘤而住院手術切除。術後傷口復原良好，並無接受放射線性治療，手術至今五年無復發跡象，有鑑於此病例非常罕見故提出此報告。

Neurogenic sarcoma (malignant schwannoma) is an extremely rare tumor, especially in the oral region. Various studies indicate that 4 to 29 per cent of patients with neurofibromatosis may have malignant schwannoma at some time in their lives. Herein we reported a case of neurogenic sarcoma arising from the left mental nerve in a 48 year-old lady who did not have neurofibromatosis. Her chief complaint was a numb of the lower lip and a swelling in the vestibule opposite to left lower premolars for 3 weeks. The tumor was excised and no radiotherapy was performed. The patient showed no evidence of recurrence on five-year follow-up.
