A 52-year-old female had suffered from recurrent abdominal pain for about one month and, for this reason, she attended our emergency department. Her blood and urinary sample examinations were normal and so we performed abdominal sonography on the patient. The pictures showed intussusception. After consultation with a general surgeon, an operation was arranged. The final pathology report proved the patient suffered from ileoileal intussusception. The cause was a lipoma.
