Adult Enteric Intussusception: A Case Report and Review of the Literature
成人腸道型腸套疊：一病例報告及文獻回顧
摘要
腸套疊肇因於某一段腸道嵌入鄰近一段腸內而導致阻塞且可能有腸道缺血損傷。腸套疊病變在成人非常罕見，約只佔所有腸套疊病變的百分之五到百分之十六，而且絕大多數都存在有一個誘發點。在此，我們提出一個成人腸道型腸套疊的女性病例，並不存在有誘發點且過去也無腹部手術病史，以提醒臨床醫師成人腸道型腸套疊發生的可能性及其治療方式。

Intussusception occurs when one segment of bowel telescopes into an adjacent segment, resulting in obstruction and possible ischernic injury. The disorder is rare in adults, accounting for only 5% to 16% of all cases and most of it have a leading point. We present a case of enteric intussusception in an adult female with no leading point or prior surgery history to alert clinicians to its possible occurrence and the treatment.
