摘要

本研究有鑒於多準則評估中AHP法之決策特性與一般決策習慣有部分差異，故就其決策習慣的結構、尺度衡量、成對比較及加權平均等特必加以探討，並提出改善AHP法求取群體決策目標（準則）權重之方式。基於符合決策習慣的概念，本研究建議應用模糊理論處理權重值的方式，並建議採適度的尺度劃分，一次比較，及保留多數決策者的意見等，使各準則權重值之決定較AHP法更切合評估者的決策習慣。

Since there are some differences between AHP method and usual decisionmaking habit,this study aims at exploring these differences in Problem structure,scale measure,pair comparison and weighting average,and then providing animprovement alternative which may be consistent with the usual decision makinghabit.The alternative suggested in this study includes the fuzzy weighting,onetimecomparison and etc.
