中小企業特質與企業成長階段關系之研究

The Research of Relation between Small Business Character and Business Growth Processes

摘要


策略聯盟一直都被視為是取得競爭優勢的有效途徑之一,同時,資源互補也一直都被認為是策略聯盟的前提,但衡諸文獻與實務的觀察發現,策略聯盟的資源組合除了異質的互補外,還有同質強化型的資源組合,再與聯盟活動所在的價值活動結合,可以得到垂直互補、水平互補、與水平強化等三種資源的組合,而這三種資源構型其策略聯盟的動機與取得競爭優勢的途徑並不相同,本研究認為,垂直互補的資源構型可以透過創新/進入市場及規模經濟的發揮以取得競爭優勢,水平互補的競爭優勢可以透過創新/進入市場、規模經濟與學習等途徑取得優勢的地位,水平強化則是是透過規模經濟與限制進入所形成的進入障礙獲得競爭優勢。

To form strategic alliance was thought an effective way to get competitiveadvantage.Though Resources complementary played the critical role,as formingstrategic alliance we can see the resources pooling.This paper combines theconcept of value chain and resources combination.We get three kinds ofresources configuration:vertical complementary、horizontal complementary、horizontal pooling.These resources configuration have different path to achievecompetitive advantage.For vertical complementary,it can get competitiveadvantage through innovation/market entry、economic scale.Exceptinnovation/market entry、economic scale,horizontal complementary can getcompetitive advantage through learning.Horizontal pooling can also through theeconomic scale and entry limitation to form the entry barrier to achievecompetitive advantage.
