This research is inspired by the visit to World University Games, reference literature as well as theoretical data were involved for discussions over peaking for competitions and it is expected to see it become helpful to people related to the sport. The following are the conclusions sorted out: 1. All pre-game changes are to he implemented in an organic manner and it is recommendable to keep the changes from jeopardizing the game. At the same time, the players' peak performance needs to be assured so as to guaranteed victory. 2. Secondly, special attention must be paid to associated adjustments, including appropriate planning for training, successful monitoring of players' conditions, coach's cautious behavior, jet lag adaptation and event environment among other factors, when it comes to winning the game.
