參訪世大運探討籃球運動之賽前調整

A Review on Peaking for Competitions Released after Visiting World University Games

摘要


本研究從參訪世大運所見獲得啓發,參酌文獻,再以理論資料佐證探討運動比賽調整,期望藉此提供給相關人員參考;經整理後得以下結論: 一、賽前調整是有組織的,並應該避開影響賽前調整因素,然後需要掌管球員巔峰表現水準,如此,距離成功說不遠矣。 二、其次,應注意相關調整,包括適當規劃訓練比賽、控管選手狀態、教練謹慎行事、適應生理時差、考慮比賽環境等,都是競賽奪牌注意事項。

This research is inspired by the visit to World University Games, reference literature as well as theoretical data were involved for discussions over peaking for competitions and it is expected to see it become helpful to people related to the sport. The following are the conclusions sorted out: 1. All pre-game changes are to he implemented in an organic manner and it is recommendable to keep the changes from jeopardizing the game. At the same time, the players' peak performance needs to be assured so as to guaranteed victory. 2. Secondly, special attention must be paid to associated adjustments, including appropriate planning for training, successful monitoring of players' conditions, coach's cautious behavior, jet lag adaptation and event environment among other factors, when it comes to winning the game.
