摘要

在「領導」的領域中，「領導者」決定一切；而「領導者」為了扮演好「領導角色」，須具備一些條件，其中尤以「人格特質」最為重要。茲將「領導者」的「人格特質」，歸納成「仁愛」、「氣度」、「謙恭」、「誠信」等四項，並以古代中國人物為例，述而論之。
