台灣地區民眾運動休閒參與涉入程度、休閒滿意與幸福感之相關研究

Correlation between Leisure Involvement, Leisure Satisfaction and Happiness of Participation in Sports Leisure Activities in Taiwan

摘要

本研究目的爲：一、瞭解台灣地區民眾運動休閒參與之涉入程度、休閒滿意及幸福感之現況；二、探討個人背景變項在涉入程度、休閒滿意及幸福感之差異；三、探討涉入程度、休閒滿意及幸福感之相關。研究對象爲95-97年曾參加行政院體育委員會運動人口倍增計畫之台灣民眾共1218人。研究方法以問卷調查法進行樣本資料收集。分析方式採SPSS for windows 12.0統計軟體之t-Test、One-way ANOVA及皮爾森(Pearson)積差相關。研究結果：一、台灣地區民眾在運動休閒參與涉入程度之每週運動次數達3-4次，且休閒滿意及幸福感均表現出正向的感受；二、部分不同人口背景變項在涉入程度、休閒滿意及幸福感之差異上達顯著水準；三、涉入程度、休閒滿意及幸福感三變項兩兩之間相關達顯著正相關關係。

The purposes of this study were: (1) to explore the Taiwanese’s leisure involvement, leisure satisfaction and happiness; (2) to compare the differences of leisure involvement, leisure satisfaction and happiness among different backgrounds of Taiwanese, and (3) to examine the relationship between leisure involvement, leisure satisfaction and happiness. The subjects were 1218 Taiwanese who ever participated in the activities, which was a plan of increasing sport population, that was hosted by government during 2006 to 2008. Questionnares were used to collect raw data. The statistic package of SPSS 12.0 was used, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation were conducted for the statistical analyses. After processing the data, the results were as follows: (1) The participate frequency of leisure involvement was 3-4 times a week, and the subjects perceived positive satisfaction during sports leisure participation, and perceived positive happiness. (2) Some significant differences were found in leisure involvement, leisure satisfaction and happiness among different backgrounds of the subjects. (3) The correlations between leisure involvement, leisure satisfaction and happiness were significant positively correlation.
