長榮大學新生體適能比較分析-以100與101學年度為例

The Different School Year Students Physical Fitness Comparative Analysis

摘要


本研究目的在比較長榮大學不同學年度學生體適能的差異情形。本研究以長榮大學100、101學年度一年級學生為研究對象,測驗方法是採用教育部所訂定之方法為標準,項目包括身體質量指數、坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、跑走。所測得之各項體適能成績以t-test考驗統計方法進行分析。結果發現:不同學年度男學生體適能只有在仰臥起坐及1600公尺跑走兩項目達顯著差異,100學年度18歲男學生的仰臥起坐顯著優於101學年度,101學年度19歲男學生1600公尺跑走顯著優於100學年度。不同學年度女學生各體適能項目都未達顯著差異。

The purpose of this study, Chang Jung Christian University students annual physical fitness of students the differences in the comparison. To 100,101 academic year of Chang Jung Christian University first-year students, the research study, the test method is a standard set by the Ministry of Education, the projects include the BMI, sit and reach, sit-ups, standing long jump, running away. Measured the physical fitness scores and statistical methods to the test of the t-test analysis. The results showed that: not classmates annual male student body fitness run away only sit-ups and 1600 meters two projects significant differences, the 18-year-old male student of the school year 100 sit-ups is significantly better than 101 school year, 101 school year 19 year-old male student 1600m significantly better than 100 academic year. Not students annual female students fitness project are less than significant differences.
