以Q方法探討國民中小學校長對健康促進學校國際認證指標看法之研究

Application of the Q Methodology-The School Principals' Views about International Certification Indicators for Health Promoting Schools

摘要


目的:透過對某縣校長之調查,瞭解其對HPS國際認證指標的主觀看法,並分析校長對健康促進學校認證指標的看法,並予以分類。方法:採用Q方法,以40位國民中小學健康促進學校校長為對象,將60句Q-陳述句進行Q排列,並以PQMethod2.33進行分析。結果:健康促進學校校長可歸類六個類型,第I型為綜合型,第II型為健康學習環境型,第III型為健康教育活動型,第IV型為健康服務型,第V型為自主管理型,第VI型為健康三合一型(物質環境、社區關係、健康教學)。結論:研究發現健康促進學校校長六個類型,對於整體學校衛生政策皆相當重視;以政策領導教學及活動的執行,藉由跨處室的合作機制,提升推動成效。

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the view of principals toward the international HPS indicators and then classify their view. Method: Q methodology was utilized. A total of 40 principals participated in the research and conducted Q sorting. PQMethod 2.33 was used to analyze 60 Q sorts. Results: Six types of HPS principals were classified. Type I was "Mixed." Type II was "Health Learning Environment." Type III was "Health Education and Activity." Type IV was "Health Services." Type V was "Self-Management." Type VI was "Health 3 in 1 (including physical environment, community relationship and health education)." Conclusion: Health policies were highly valued to all six types of principals.
