以Q方法探討國民中小學校長對健康促進學校國際認證指標看法之研究

Application of the Q Methodology-The School Principals' Views about International Certification Indicators for Health Promoting Schools

摘要

目的：透過對某縣校長之調查，瞭解其對HPS國際認證指標的主觀看法，並分析校長對健康促進學校認證指標的看法，並予以分類。方法：採用Q方法，以40位國民中小學健康促進學校校長為對象，將60句Q－陳述句進行Q排列，並以PQMethod2.33進行分析。結果：健康促進學校校長可歸類六個類型，第I型為綜合型，第II型為健康學習環境型，第III型為健康教育活動型，第IV型為健康服務型，第V型為自主管理型，第VI型為健康三合一型（物質環境、社區關係、健康教學）。結論：研究發現健康促進學校校長六個類型，對於整體學校衛生政策皆相當重視；以政策領導教學及活動的執行，藉由跨處室的合作機制，提升推動成效。

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the view of principals toward the international HPS indicators and then classify their view. Method: Q methodology was utilized. A total of 40 principals participated in the research and conducted Q sorting. PQMethod 2.33 was used to analyze 60 Q sorts. Results: Six types of HPS principals were classified. Type I was ＂Mixed.＂ Type II was ＂Health Learning Environment.＂ Type III was ＂Health Education and Activity.＂ Type IV was ＂Health Services.＂ Type V was ＂Self-Management.＂ Type VI was ＂Health 3 in 1 (including physical environment, community relationship and health education).＂ Conclusion: Health policies were highly valued to all six types of principals.
