幼兒園教師在戶外遊戲場安全維護與困境之研究

A Study on Preschool Outdoor Playground Safety Maintenance and Maintenance Difficulties of Preschool Educators

摘要


本研究旨在探討幼兒園教師在戶外遊戲場安全維護與困境的現況與差異情形、進而瞭解戶外遊戲場安全維護與困境的關聯。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「幼兒園教師在戶外遊戲場安全維護與困境之調查問卷」為研究工具,採分層隨機抽樣方式,針對中部地區1,178位幼兒園教師進行研究。本研究之主要發現如下:一、幼兒園教師在戶外遊戲場安全維護感受力為中上程度,其中以「遊戲場行為」之維護勝任感最高,其次為「幼兒園管理」、「遊戲場周遭環境與鋪面」及「遊戲場設施」。二、幼兒園教師對戶外遊戲場維護困境感受為中下程度,其中以「專業不足」困境感受程度最高,其次為「程序不佳」及「維護不確實」。三、幼兒園教師在戶外遊戲場安全維護會因年齡、機構性質、年資、職稱與幼兒園所在地之不同而有顯著之差異,生師比與安全維護呈現顯著負相關。四、幼兒園教師之戶外遊戲場維護困境,會因學歷、機構性質、年資、幼兒園所在地與任教班級之不同而有顯著的差異。五、幼兒園教師在「遊戲場安全維護」與「遊戲場安全維護困境」達顯著負相關,其中遊戲維護感中的「幼兒園管理」向度與維護困境之相關最高,達中度相關。六、幼兒教師的年齡、學歷、任職機構與地區、年資、所在地,以及生師比與安全維護對維護困境具有預測作用。

The purpose of this study was to(a) investigate the situation and difference of the preschool educators' outdoor playground safety maintenance and maintenance-related difficulties based on the different background variables, (b) to understand the relationship between outdoor playground safety maintenance and maintenance-related difficulties. A questionnaire method was employed for this study which was a self-developed questionnaire titled "Questionnaire on preschool educators' outdoor playground safety maintenance and maintenance-related difficulties ". There were 1,178 preschool educators participated in this study. The findings were as follows: (1)The preschool educators' outdoor playground safety maintenance were demonstrated above average level. The highest score was monitoring playground activities, followed by preschool management, surrounding environment and paving material of playground, playground facilities/equipment. (2)The preschool educators' outdoor playground maintenance-related difficulties were demonstrated below average level. The lack of professional skills was the most perceived difficulty, followed by poor procedures, insufficient maintenance.(3) There were significant differences of preschool educators' outdoor playground maintenance among their age, preschool institutional nature, length of employment, job title, and location of preschool . The student-teacher ratio variable showed a negative correlation to safety maintenance. (4) There were significant differences of preschool educators' outdoor playground maintenance-related difficulties among their education level, preschool institutional nature, length of employment, location of preschool, and teaching class. The student-teacher ratio variable showed a positive correlation to maintenance-related difficulties. (5)There was a significantly negative correlation between preschool educators' safety maintenance and maintenance-related difficulties. Among the dimensions of safety maintenance, the "preschool management" was moderated related to the dimensions of maintenance-related difficulties. (6) It can be highly predicted that preschool educators' age, education level, length of employment, job title, location of preschool, and student-teacher ratio to maintenance-related difficulties.
