台商切入中國大陸車隊管理系統市場之競爭策略

The Competitive Strategy of Motorcade Management System for Taiwanese Business Entry China

摘要


本文旨在探討台商進入中國大陸車隊管理系統市場的競爭策略,使用的研究方法爲文獻分析法和個案研究法。透過本研究的合作單位中國大陸北京中經天縱經濟資訊中心,取得中國大陸車隊管理系統之市場資料,以及漢翔汽車電子設計中心的資料,使用SWOT分析和五力分析進行研究。本研究得到的結論與發現如下,中國大陸目前在政策上獎勵物流相關的車隊管理系統技術,有些省市甚至立法危險車輛要強制安裝追蹤器,所以漢翔公司應把握此切入市場的良機;因應汽車電子市場爲封閉市場的特性,所以漢翔應與台灣的整車製造商,採策略聯盟方式先行切入進入障礙較低的大陸貨車車隊管理系統市場。

This study is to explore the competitive strategy of motorcade management system for Taiwanese business entry China. Research methods used the Document Analysis and case study. This study was get mainland China motorcade management system market data by Institute of China Uniway Economics and Aerospace Corporation. This study used SWOT analysis and five forces analysis method. The conclusions and findings are as follows, Mainland China is currently in terms of policy incentives related to the logistics motorcade management system technology. Some cities even to install the tracing for dangerous vehicles. Therefore, Aerospace Corporation should seize this opportunity to cut into the market. In response the characteristics of a closed automotive electronics market, Aerospace Corporation should adopt Strategy alliance with other Industrial Vehicle Manufacturer, into the low barriers to entry China truck motorcade management system market.
