By holding promotion activities, Public libraries in Taiwan often attract the public to further utilize library resources. Resulted from the lack of manpower and funds, public libraries need to maximize results through cross-field alliances, which not only enhances efficiency, but also expands service scope. Combining each other's advantages enables both partners and readers to create a win-win-win situation. This article, based on the experience of the National Library of Public Information in hosting the Taiwan Reading Festival, demonstrates the strategic planning the library use to cooperate with cross-field enterprises, leading to greater benefits.
