補強材料對不銹鋼長絲及聚丙烯廢邊股線機械性質的影響

摘要


將數種不同的長絲經加撚後使其互相抱合,成為複合股線,不但可以補強 單一紗線本身的物性缺點,更可以增加複合股線用途的機能性與廣泛性。本實 驗是利用轉筒式包繞式撚線機,將聚丙烯不織布廢邊、不銹鋼長絲分別與眾醯胺和聚酯長絲包繞製造成複合股線,並改變轉筒轉速和包繞絲包繞數來對複合股線的強度和伸度及其強伸度利用率作一討論。由實驗結果發現以不銹鋼長絲當芯絲的複合股線,其最大斷裂強、伸度平均值較差,其值分別為5.53 cN/tex, 12.76 %;而以不銹鋼長絲為包繞絲的撚合股線其最大斷裂強、伸度平均值較 好,其值分別為8.94 cN/tex和28.06 %。我們預定將製成的複合股線織造成織 物,並探討其抗靜電效果與電磁波遮蔽效應,並進一步應用於工業上,以解決 現在日益增多的電磁波干擾等問題。

In this experiment,we produced four piled yarns by Twist-Wrap Machine. The yarns involved in the material of polyamide filament, polyester filament, polypropylene non-woven selvage, and stainless steeI filament selectively. We also discussed the elongation and tenacity of plied yams by changing the rotor speed and the wrap numbers. The results of this experiment revealed that the averages of maximum breaking tenacity of plied yarns covered by stainless steel filament are worse. The value is 5.53 cN/tex. The averages of maximum breaking elongation of plied yam covered by polyamide or polyamide show better trend.The value is 28.06 %.
