反智傾向的運動哲學論述

A Discourse of Philosophy of Sport With Anti-Intellectual Tendency

摘要


本文旨在對東西方哲學整體發展做了深入的探究,並釐清「反智」所指涉的內涵與脈絡。經過分析與釐清後,本文整理出反智傾向的運動哲學4個特點。首先,反智傾向的運動哲學並非完全拒斥智性能力,而只是對智性能力提出了批判。第二,反智傾向的運動哲學觀點仍然必須透過語言文字來表達。第三,反智傾向的運動哲學觀點與其他科學相同,目標皆在追求真理,只是在方法上略有不同。前者透過打破傳統智性能力的框架追求真理,後者則透過實徵經驗與實驗。兩者之間存在著不可共量性。第四,本文區分了「反智傾向」與「反智主義」的不同。前者是指對傳統智性能力作為追求真理方法的批判,後者則是指對整體智識教育的反對。前者雖然批判智性能力,但並不反對追求真理與智慧。就這一點來說,反智傾向的運動哲學與反智主義的立場有著根本上的不同,也因此並不是一種反智主義。本文的結論為反智傾向的運動哲學觀點除了解釋運動場上的現象外,也讓我們能以更開放多元的態度面對運動,進而獲得更多美好與深刻的體驗。

This article aims to investigate the overall development of Eastern and Western philosophy and clarifies the content and context of the "anti-intellectual." After analysis and clarification, this article describes four characteristics of "philosophy of sport with an anti-intellectual tendency" (PSAIT). First, PSAIT does not completely reject intellectual ability, but only proposes a critique of intellectual ability. Second, PSAIT must still unavoidably be expressed through language. Third, like other sciences, the goal of PSAIT is to pursue the truth, but its method is slightly different. PSAIT seeks truth by breaking the limitations of the framework of traditional intellectual abilities, while other sciences seek truth through empirical research and experimentation. The two philosophies are incommensurate. Fourth, this article distinguishes between "anti-intellectual tendency" and "anti-intellectualism." The former refers to the criticism of traditional intellectual ability as a method of pursuing truth, while the latter refers to the opposition to intellectual education. Although the former criticizes intellectual ability, it does not oppose the pursuit of truth and wisdom. In this regard, PSAIT is fundamentally separate and distinct from anti-intellectualism. The conclusion is that PSAIT not only explains phenomena in the sports field but also provides us with an open and diverse attitude when we exercise and allow us to have more beautiful and profound experiences.
