本研究目的在於:一、探討大學院校與高中的手球選手團隊凝聚力之現況;二、瞭解不同人口統計變項的大學院校與高中的手球選手團隊凝聚力差異分析。統計方法採描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)。研究對象是以大學院校152人及高中237人手球選手計389人,研究所採用工具為「團隊凝聚力量表」,問卷調查後,經彙整統計分析,其結果為: 一、大學院校與高中的手球選手團隊凝聚力之現況分析:(一)大學院校團隊凝聚力中的「工作凝聚力」最高,其次是「社會凝聚力」;(二)高中的部分團隊凝聚力同樣和大學院校「工作凝聚力」高於「社會凝聚力」。 二、不同人口統計變項的大學院校與高中的手球選手團隊凝聚力差異之分析:(一)大學院校在年齡、運動年資、與教練相處年數、最高成就、每次訓練時間、每週訓練次數均無顯著差異;(二)高中方面除了性別之外,在年齡、運動年資、與教練相處年數、最高成就、每週訓練次數均無顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to: (a) study the current status of team cohesion of handball players in universities and high schools; (b) understand the differences of the different demographic variables team cohesion among handball players in universities and high schools. Data obtained was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. 389 selected athletes who were handball players in universities and high schools as the subjects of this study. The research instrument was The Team Cohesion Scale. The result of data analysis by investigating questionnaire was the following: 1. The analysis of the current status of team cohesion of handball players in universities and high schools: (a) the team cohesion of handball players in universities perceived more ”Work Cohesion”. Secondly, it concluded ”Social Cohesion”; (b) there was the same result as the team cohesion of handball players in high schools. 2. The differences of different demographic variables of team cohesion among handball players in universities and high schools: (a) there was no difference in the universities' players with gender, age, team participating time, years for getting along with the coach, the highest achievement, training time a day, and training frequency a week; (b) there was no difference in the high schools' players with age, team participating time, years for getting along with the coach, the highest achievement, and training time a day, but there was significant difference in the players with gender.
