應用ISM探討大專校院課程教育與相關證照之關聯性-以化妝品應用與管理類課程設計為例

ISM Application Analysis of the Association between College Curriculum Education and Relevant Certification-A Study of Cosmetics Application and Management Curriculum Design

摘要


本研究應用詮釋結構模式(Interpretive Structural Modeling, ISM)探討大專校院課程教育與相關證照之關聯性,藉由專業課程與相關證照關聯之檢視,如:美容乙丙級、女子美髮乙丙級、男子理髮乙丙級、化學乙丙級、門市服務乙丙級等,進行整合課程內涵之層級關係,以俾利大專校院課程教育之規劃與發展。全文以台灣國內大專校院化妝品應用管理科之專業課程進行探討,透過質性研究文件分析、焦點團體訪談,以及量化ISM系統,針對教師、相關職類技能檢定專家,分析課程內涵與課程銜接之關聯性。以往技職體系傳統式的證照訓練方式,較缺乏將證照技能內涵知能層面融入於正規課程中,僅針對技術層級專注訓練,甚至加開輔導課程方式進行訓練,或擇部份相關實務課程專攻證照的技術面,造成了課程教育目標失衡的現象,為能輔助大專相關科系課程與輔導考取相關證照之成效,透過研究發現整合課程與相關證照內涵之架構模型,歸納與證照相關的核心課程,進行課程與證照的ISM模型,最終作為化妝品應用與管理類課程教育設計之參考,不以證照干涉課程教學主導權,而是讓證照內涵適性融入相關課程教學。

The study applies Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) in the analysis of association between college curriculum education and the relevant certification. Through the examination on the association between professional courses and relevant certification such as Cosmetics Class B and C, Class B and C for Women's Hair Beauty, Class B and C for Male Hair Cutting, Chemistry Class B and C, Store Service Class B and C, the study integrates the hierarchical relation with course context for the design and development of college curriculum education. The paper analyzes the professional curriculum of cosmetics application management department in colleges of Taiwan and conducts qualitative research and document analysis, focus group interview, and quantitative ISM system to analyze the association between course context and course bridging in instructors and certification professionals of relevant occupation. Traditional certification training method for technical and vocational system lacks the integration of certification skills and context in formal courses, which merely focuses on technical training level. Moreover, the offer of additional counseling courses or some relevant practical courses specializing in technical certification results in the imbalance of educational objectives for the courses. To improve the effectiveness of relevant department courses in college and counsel students with passing relevant certification, the study researches on the architecture model of course integration and context of relevant certification to conclude the core curriculum related to certification. The study conducts ISM for the course and certification as reference for the educational design of cosmetics application and management courses, which does not interfere the hegemony of course instruction but integrate adaptively into relevant course instruction.
