隨著台灣企業逐漸由OEM轉OBM,新產品專案組合管理也隨之越來越重要。傳統新產品開發專案的組合管理,僅依賴專案經理人的經驗,沒有決策品質可言,使得決策品質不佳而失去更多獲利的機會。新產品組合管理的目的就是期望以較少的時間、較少的成本,提供決策者一個好的產品組合結果,決策者可藉由這個結果清楚的知道專案的執行順序,公司資源的分配情形,專案的風險值及專案預期的收益,進而提升決策的品質,達到降低投資風險,提高公司收益,增快研發速度的目標。本研究的目的是希望架構一系統化的決策過程,利用圖形化、數量化的表達方式,結合強而有力的分析軟體,建立溝通平台,藉此提供管理者一個更好的專案組合分析方法,以提升公司整體利益。
When companies move from OEM to OBM to Brand, new product project portfolio management becomes an issue and worth to be studied. Traditional way of doing new product project portfolio management is based on experience, not decision quality, this will causes poor decision result and creates value gap. The goal of new product project portfolio management expects using less time and less costs to provide the policy-maker a good product portfolio result. Based on this result, the execution sequence of projects, the allocation of company resources, the project risk, and the expected profit of projects can be well defined. Finally, the goals of improving decision quality, reducing the investment risk, increasing company returns and speeding up R&D can be reached. In this research, we propose a systematic decision process integrating with analysis tools (such as influence diagram, sensitivity analysis, decision tree, efficient frontier, etc.), to provide managers a better way of managing project portfolios. The result will increase company's total potential value of new product strategy.
