通識課程教學成效分析-以幸福學為例

The Effectiveness of Teaching on General Education: A Study of Happiness

摘要


本研究主要目的在了解通識教育幸福學課程的教學成效,幸福學課程是將主觀幸福和美好生活結合的課程,課程內容安排正向心理、快樂學、他人生活體悟、斷捨離、認知轉念與正向練習等主題。為評估教學的效果,本研究透過:(1)教學歷程資料:授課期間的學習反饋,包括課後作業、學生主題報告、期末考自陳學習收穫等;(2)學校教務系統:包括學生學習自評與教師教學的評量;(3)學生幸福感測量:以量表及開放式提問,蒐集學生前測與後測的資料。經上述三項資料來源分析後,得知幸福學課程具有正向效果。文末依據研究結果提出具體建議,作為精進課程與未來研究的參考。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the teaching effectiveness of the general education happiness course, which is a course that combines subjective well-being and good life, and the curriculum arranges topics such as positive psychology, happiness learning, people's life awareness, decluttering, cognitive transition and practice of positive thinking. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching, this study through: (1) teaching history materials: learning feedback during the course of teaching, including homework, student term report, final examination, etc.; (2) educational information system: including self-assessment of students and teaching evaluation of teacher; (3) well-being measurement: measure with a scale and open questions to collect information on students' pre- and post-tests. After data processing and analysis, the research shows that happiness courses have positive effectiveness. Finally, based on the findings, this study concludes with suggestions and references to the promotion of happiness course and future research.
