The main purpose of this study is to understand the teaching effectiveness of the general education happiness course, which is a course that combines subjective well-being and good life, and the curriculum arranges topics such as positive psychology, happiness learning, people's life awareness, decluttering, cognitive transition and practice of positive thinking. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching, this study through: (1) teaching history materials: learning feedback during the course of teaching, including homework, student term report, final examination, etc.; (2) educational information system: including self-assessment of students and teaching evaluation of teacher; (3) well-being measurement: measure with a scale and open questions to collect information on students' pre- and post-tests. After data processing and analysis, the research shows that happiness courses have positive effectiveness. Finally, based on the findings, this study concludes with suggestions and references to the promotion of happiness course and future research.
