樂趣化教學法在運動成就動機、流暢體驗與擊球表現之研究-以大學網球課為例

摘要


本研究目的在探討樂趣化教學法對大學生於網球興趣選修課程學習之後,是否有較高的運動成就動機、流暢體驗與擊球表現。方法:研究分成二部份:一、是修編網球運動成就動機量表與流暢體驗量表;二、參與者分別參與樂趣化教學法與傳統教學法八週網球課程之後,視運動成就動機、流暢體驗與擊球表現測驗差異,以獨立樣本與相依樣本t檢定,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:一、”運動成就動機量表”經因素分析分為「追求成功」及「避免失敗」二構面,因素負荷量分別介於.61-.81及.83-.89之間,Cronbach's α分別為.93及.90;”流暢體驗量表”經因素分析分為「自成性經驗」、「勝任感」、「清楚掌控」三構面,因素負荷量分別介於.57-.84、.54-.81與.56-.67之間,Cronbach's α分別為.94、.92與.89,顯示量表鑑別度、建構效度及信度相當具有可靠性;二、樂趣化教學法相較傳統式教學法在運動成就動機、流暢體驗與擊球表現皆有顯著較佳的情形。結論:樂趣化教學法相較於傳統式教學法,更能提高學生從事網球課程的運動成就動機、流暢體驗與擊球表現。

This study aimed to examine the effects of Fun Teaching Method in sports achievement motivation, flow experience and stroke performance among students of tennis courses in university. Methods: There were two parts of this study. The first part was to revise sports achievement motivation and flow experience questionnaire. The second part was to compare students to participate in the Fun Teaching Method (FT) and Traditional Teaching Method (TT) in 8-week tennis courses respectively. Sports achievement motivation, flow experience and stroke performance were assessed before and after the courses. Independent and paired t-tests were made to compare the difference between and within groups. Results: The sports achievement motivation questionnaire CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) revealed 2 dimensions, pursuit of success and failure avoidance, with factor loading of .61~.81 and .83~.89; Cronbach's α of .93 and .90, respectively. Flow experience questionnaire CFA revealed 3 dimensions, self-developed experience, competence and clear control, with factor loading of .57~.84, .54~.81 and .56~.67, respectively, Cronbach's α of .94, .92 and .89, respectively. These showed that questionnaires were reliable in the discriminate validity, construct validity and reliability test. Second part, after training, FT had significantly better result in sport achievement motivation, flow experience and stroke performance than TT. Conclusion: FT is a better method to improve sports achievement motivation, flow experience and stroke performance among students of tennis courses in university.
