大專跆拳道社團參與者休閒效益對幸福感之預測力

本研究目的：探討大專跆拳道社團參與者休閒效益對幸福感之預測力。方法：以參加2018第11屆弘光盃全國大學跆拳道錦標賽，參賽學校之跆拳道社團參與者為研究對象，採用描述性統計、平均數分析、皮爾森相關分析及多元逐步迴歸分析。結果：一、大專跆拳道社團參與者以女性居多。二、大專跆拳道社團參與者在休閒效益與幸福感皆獲得高度感受。三、休閒效益與幸福感達顯著性正相關，以「心理效益」與「正向情感」之相關程度最高。四、大專跆拳道社團參與者之休閒效益能有效預測幸福感，總解釋量達53%，其中心理效益為主要影響因素佔45%。結論：大專跆拳道社團參與者休閒效益對幸福感有預測力，參與者獲得休閒效益之感受程度越高，幸福感之感受程度亦越高。建議大專跆拳道社團增加跆拳道武藝技能之創造力訓練內容。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the predictability of subjective well-being lead by the leisure benefits for the participants of collegian taekwondo clubs. Methods: Using descriptive statistics with compare analyzation, Pearson's product moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression. Targets: Taekwondo club's members from different colleges who joined the 11th Hungkuang Cup National College Taekwondo Contest in 2018. Results: 1. The participants of college taekwondo clubs were mostly female. 2. The participants had a greater feeling of leisure benefits and subjective well-being. 3. There was a positive relation between leisure benefits and subjective well-being scale, especially between psychological benefits and positive emotions. 4. The subjective well-being of the college taekwondo club participants led by the leisure benefit's predictability reached a significant 53%, and ＂psychological benefits＂ is the main influential factor of 45%. Conclusion: The higher leisure benefits the participants of collegian taekwondo club felt, the higher feeling of subjective well-being would be. Piece of advice, collegian taekwondo clubs should increase the training lessons for the creativity of taekwondo martial skill.
