摘要

臺灣巧固球隊伍近40年來在國際賽事一直都保持優異的成績，尤在2009年高雄世界運動會巧固球邀請賽成功舉辦經驗，中華台北男、女子組以全勝的戰績獲得金牌，再次提升臺灣巧固球在國際運動舞臺的地位。2009年高雄世運會巧固球男子隊國手皆來自於新北市三民高中體育班巧固球隊，雖該項運動為非亞奧運項目，卻讓臺灣走出國際體育舞臺。因此，本文藉由探討球隊成立與發展，採質性研究法，透過文獻資料與訪談巧固球專任教練等，探究三民高中巧固球隊之發展，所得結論敘述如下：一、體育班巧固球隊成立與發展，需得到學校的支持、政府補助與外界贊助的資源。二、教練持續進修提昇個人的本質學能，成為球員學習良好的典範。三、臺灣巧固球選手能依新修訂規則修正其練習方法，並務實體能與技巧能力之提升及品格教育，進而比賽成績優異。四、優秀運動（球）員的進修與升學管道受限，為最常遭遇之困境。

The result of Tchoukball in Taiwan had maintained an excellent result in the world wide for more than 40 years, especially in the successful experience of the 2009 Kaohsiung World Game, once again enhancing the status of Taiwan's Tchoukball in the international sports arena by winning the first place in both Men and Women categories in the Tchoukball Tournament. The players that participating as Chinese Taipei Men team was from the sports class in New Taipei City Sanmin High School. It allowed Taiwan to step out of the international sports arena although Tchoukball wasn't the sports in Asian and Olympic Game. This article was to explore the development of Sanmin High School’s Tchoukball Team by using the qualitative research, document analysis and interviewing the Tchoukball expertise. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The establishment and development of the Tchoukball sports class requires the support of school, government subsidies and external sponsored resources. 2. The coach need to continue to improve their essential learning ability and become a good model for players. 3. Tchoukball players in Taiwan can revise their training in accordance with the newly revised Tchoukball rules, improve their physical ability, skills and character education in order to achieve in excellent competition results. 4. The restriction of education advancement for excellent athlete is the most common dilemmas encountered.
