The purpose of this study is to understand the instructional behaviors of the excellent tchoukball coaches of the elementary school. Elementary school coaches who have been engaged in the teaching of tchoukball for more than 20 years and have the A-level coach certificate of the tchoukball Association of the Republic of China are the interview subjects. The research tool is based on the collection of self-edited interview questions on the guidance behavior of the excellent elementary and solid ball coach of the Elementary School. The results of the interview show that excellent coaches will design training content and processes suitable for students according to the characteristics of different training plans; guide the learning of new actions through personal demonstrations and matching passwords; design different evaluation methods for fun, Through observation and records, to examine the progress of students and sports performance; attach importance to the regular training of students and the principles of team management, and lead by example as the best personal education for students, and expect students to have good learning transfer.
