科技在諮商上的運用：網路諮商、精準諮商與元宇宙諮商

The Application of Technology in Counseling: Internet Counseling, Precision Counseling and Metaverse Counseling

摘要

心理諮商是一門回應社會民眾心理健康求助需求的助人專業，因此，心理諮商專業的發展常隨著民眾生活型態與生活經驗的社會變遷而調整。其中重要的社會變遷因素就是科技的變遷，科技對心理諮商專業發展的影響一直是重要的外部因素。網路科技的興起，推動了網路諮商的發展。而AI人工智慧、大數據分析、精準醫療等現代科技的發展，則催生了精準諮商（precision counseling）的可能性。5G通訊、虛擬實境（virtual reality, VR）與擴增實境（augmented reality, AR）與穿戴科技的日益成熟，再加上區塊鏈（blockchain）、虛擬貨幣與遊戲科技的結合，所發展出以虛擬角色與虛擬場域為基礎的元宇宙（metaverse）或第三代網路（Web3）經濟，則開展了元宇宙諮商（metaverse counseling）或第三代網路諮商（Web3 counseling）的可能。
