螢幕前的諮商專業督導:如何展開有效能的通訊心理諮商督導

Supervision on the Screen: Conduct an Effective Telesupervision in Counseling

摘要


科技發展及疫情限制的影響下,通訊督導因應諮商心理師的通訊教育及實務訓練需求而備受重視。通訊形式的督導帶來低花費、跨地域的專業連結、促進受督者的專業發展及催化督導關係等優勢,也面臨非口語表達、科技、跨地域文化與語言差異等限制,及專業倫理疑慮與專業認證適法性等挑戰。通訊心理諮商督導被實證支持與傳統實體督導具有相似的成效,主要的有效因子可分別由受督者特質、督導者特質、督導過程與環境、同盟關係、溝通策略、科技考量等向度探討。據此,探討未來在諮商督導訓練與實務工作中納入通訊督導的必然性,也提出有關通訊心理諮商督導的訓練內容及實務操作的建議。
