Reliability and Validity of the Graduate Flow Questionnaire Using Factor Analysis

摘要

本研究目的在建構一份具有良好信、效度及適合應屆畢業生使用之畢業生流向問卷，並歸納影響畢業生流向因素類型，再以驗證性因素分析考驗問卷的適合度。在研究對象方面以國立臺東大學108學年度應屆畢業生填答之有效問卷932份問卷為基礎，進行探索性因素分析及驗證性因素分析，將畢業生流向因素問卷區分為三大構面，經調整刪除不具預測力題目後，以驗證性因素分析考驗量表配適情形與檢驗信、效度。研究結果顯示，整體問卷大致呈現良好信、效度並具有良好配適程度，代表模式具有良好的建構效度，本問卷可作為規劃畢業生流向問卷修正及編撰之參考依據。

The purpose of this study was to construct a graduate flow questionnaire with good reliability and validity and suitable for use by new graduates, to summarize the types of factors affecting graduate flow, and then to test the suitability of the questionnaire with a validated factor analysis. Based on the 932 samples by the new graduates of National Taitung University in the 108th academic year, this study conducted exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to divide the graduate flow questionnaire into three major components, and after adjusting and deleting the unpredictable questions, the confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the suitability of the scale and its reliability and validity. The results of the study showed that the overall questionnaire showed good reliability and validity, and had a good degree of adaptation, representing the good construct validity of the model.
