本研究之目的在於(一)比較不同背景變項之體育教師在教師效能信念上之差異情形;(二)探討教師效能信念與學生學習成效之相關情形;(三)比較不同教師效能信念組別在學生學習成效之差異情形。本研究利用自編之問卷來搜集所需資料,問卷包含(一)個人基本資料問卷;(二)教師效能信念量表;(三)學生學習成效量表。本研究母群體為台北市小學體育教師與學生,抽取150所學校,教師部分:每校隨機抽取2人共計300人,其中有效樣本184人;學生部分:配合教師授課之班級,每班隨機抽取10位,共3000人,其中有效樣本1786人。資料處理採描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾遜積差相關、單因子變異數分析。本研究主要結果為:(一)不同任教年資、擔任職務、體育主修及最高學歷在教師效能信念上達顯著差異;(二)不同性別、婚姻狀況在教師效能信念上無顯著差異;(三)教師效能信念與學生學習成效成顯著正相關;(四)不同教師效能信念組別在學習成效上達顯著差異。
The purpose of this study were to (a) compare the differences among selected demographic variables on teacher efficacy, (b) analyze the relationships between teacher efficacy and students' learning effect, and (d) compare students' learning effect by different teacher efficacy groups. Three questionnaires designed by the author were utilized for data collection including (a) demographic information sheet, (b) Elementary School Physical Education Teacher Efficacy Scale, and (c) Elementary School Students' Learning Effect Scale. The sample was 300 physical education teachers and 3000 students randomly selected from 150 elementary schools in Taipei. From the survey returned, 184 were coded for teachers and 1786 for students. Descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product-Moment correlation were computed for data analysis. The results indicated that (a) the significant differences were found on teacher efficacy by teaching experiences, position, major, and the highest degree earned, (b) no significant difference was found on teacher efficacy by gender and marital status, (c) teacher efficacy and students' learning effect were correlated significantly, and (d) the significant differences were found on students' learning effect by different teacher efficacy groups. Several recommendations were made by the author.
