摘要


資優教育在廣義化和多元化的概念演進下,正從注重少數的菁英主義走向兼顧全民的才能發展;資優教育的未來,應卓越與公正兼顧、拔尖與拓寬並行。在「充實」還是「加速」以及分分合合的爭議中,「形式跟者功能走」、「回歸適性、優質的教育」才是硬道理;全球的寬廣視野加上務實的在地行動,方能有所改進和突破。

Based on the current conception and trend, gifted education is comprehensive and multiple facets in nature, its focus is shifting from cultivating elitism exclusively to overall talent development, attention is being paid to both excellence and equity, caring for top students as well as providing more opportunities for able ones. As enrichment vs. acceleration and inclusion vs. separation are continued controversial issues, the principles of ”form follows function' and ”adaptive and quality education” may be the resolution. For the innovation and creating a new era of gifted education, we should have a global view with local actions in this regard.
