2018年大專運動會跆拳道比賽男子組金牌選手技術分析之研究

摘要

本研究目的：旨在探討2018年大專運動會跆拳道比賽公開男子組各量級金牌選手技術表現，研究方法：採用錄影帶系統觀察與分析法，將所獲數據以描述性統計次數分配百分比做統計處理，結果：（一）攻擊型態：在攻擊數、得分數、得分次數、攻擊率、得分率等皆以主動、左前腳攻擊為主，唯成功率以被動、右後腳為主。（二）攻擊方式：男子金牌選手的比賽攻擊方式在攻擊數、得分數、得分次數、攻擊率、得分率皆以單擊、正面、中端攻擊為主，唯成功率以連擊正面上端為主。（三）應用步法：比賽應用步法在攻擊數、得分數、得分次數、攻擊率、得分率皆以原地攻擊為主、墊步攻擊為輔，唯成功率以近身為主。（四）技術動作：攻擊數、得分數、得分次數、攻擊率、得分率皆以旋踢攻擊為主、側踢為輔，成功率以正拳為主。結論：（一）金牌選手成功率皆不相同於其他技術分析變項，推測因使用次數較少，反而讓對手疏於防禦，建議適度增加動作多元性。（二）比賽站姿為左前右後，可以增加被動右後腳破壞性攻擊的運用並搭配近身的攻擊策略。

The purpose of this study was to explore the performance of gold medalists of the men's group in the Taekwondo Championships in the 48th National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. The analysis method of the project was the event recording of video observation system, which used percentage distribution to quantify the collected data and summarized the following results: Attack patterns: Active left front foot attack was the main attack pattern in the aspects of attack number, attack score, score times, attack rate and scoring attack rate while in the aspect of score success rate, the passive left rear attack was the attack pattern instead. Attack types: The attack types of men's gold medalists mainly focused on mono facade middle attack in the aspects of attack number, attack score, score times, attack rate and scoring attack rate while mono facade upper trunk attack was the main type for the aspect of score success rate. Footwork: Standstill with assist of stepping foot was the main footwork in the aspects of attack number, attack score, score times, attack rate and scoring attack rate while close attack was the main footwork for the aspect of score success rate. Attack skill: Roundhouse kick and side kick were the main attack skills in the aspects of attack number, attack score, score times, attack rate and scoring attack rate while fist was the main skill for the aspect of score success rate. Conclusion: 1. Score success rate differed from all other aspects in every categories. It is assumed that gold medalists adopted different attack skills so that the opponents tended to neglect to defense. It is suggested to expand the diversity of attack skills or movements. 2. Taking left front forward standing posture could enhance the application of right back foot attacks and to apply combination close attacks.
