The Impact of Digital Technology Adoption on Innovative Instructional Attitudes: The Moderated Mediation of Professional Information Sharing and Online Cooperative Learning

The early childhood educators' behavioral intention about the development of innovative instructional activities by the adoption of digital technology was influenced by the professional sharing via the online community, and articulated the cohesion of cooperative consciousness and advancement of professional literacy with the moderation of online cooperative learning. The researcher employed the questionnaire survey to analyze the impact factors and moderated mediation of early childhood educators' perceptions about digital technology integrated into innovative instructional attitudes. The questionnaire consisted of four factors, including digital technology adoption, innovative instructional attitudes, professional information sharing, and online cooperative learning. The sample data was analyzed through the partial least squares, and teste the interactive effects and statistical significance with the hypothetical paths, mediated variable, and moderated variable. The results showed that the factors of digital technology adoption, professional information sharing, and online cooperative learning influence the innovative instructional attitudes towards early childhood educators. Early childhood educators' attitudes towards professional information sharing partially mediated the relationship between the adoption of digital technology and the practices of innovative instructional activities. In addition, their perceptions about online cooperative learning negatively moderated the impact of digital technology adoption on innovative instructional activities.
