台灣高溫爐產業廠商經過多年的成長發展,已具備相當優異的經營能力與技術,但目前仍面臨諸多挑戰:高科技產業之設備淘汰率甚高、科技產業外移、台灣國內市場飽和、大陸製造及拷貝高端設備能力提升、國際市場高度競爭等৹ 台灣高溫爐產業如何在科技快速進步的產業環境中經營與發展是非常值得探討的議題,本研究以五力分析、價值鏈、商業模式等概念為研究架構,並以S個案公司為個案,探討台灣高溫爐產業未來發展經營策略,進而提出配套執行方案。 透過針對S個案公司與其各家競爭廠商的分析後,歸納出個案公司應採用差異化策略以取得其市場競爭優勢,再經由SWOT分析找出個案公司的核心能力,最後歸納分析出S個案公司未來差異化策略的執行方案包含:優異的品質設備,高度客製化服務,其中包括產品創新、彈性人力資源制度、品牌行銷等都是支援差異化策略的執行的面向。
After years of growth and development, Taiwan’s high-temperature furnace manufacturers have possessed excellent operating capabilities and technologies. However, the high-temperature furnace manufacturers still face many challenges, including high equipment retirement rate, high-tech company migration, domestic market saturation, and competition from Chinese and international companies. This research apply the five forces analysis, value chain, business model and other concepts to propose the future development strategy for the Taiwan high temperature furnace industry base on a case study of S company. Differentiation strategy and implementation plan are proposed with a focus on high-quality equipment development, customized services, product innovation, brand marketing, and flexible HR systems.
