全民國防教育之科技化-以我國體感科技為例

現今科技技術發達，元宇宙議題方興未艾．如何透過建構體感科技技術或建置場域，來提高全民國防教育對象以及部隊實作訓練效益、降低成本，並達成以虛實整合模式，完成部隊打、裝、編、訓，以及全民國防教育科技化之普及落實，為目前我國體感產業可以協助完成及發展之方向．由於符合國軍陸、海、空軍部隊訓練所需的兵種戰術及聯合戰役層級的場地或區域明顯不足，我國科研機構和民間企業，在擴增實境AR、虛擬實境VR、混合實境MR 等技術以及實務上，具備一定的成熟技術。再加上5G、低軌道衛星等高速技術的發達，針對全民國防教育科技化之需求，可建構符合台灣實際地形、地貌場景的體感科技訓練模擬系統，以克服大型演訓場地不足及能量不足的困境。透過體感科技已有的相關實例，來達成部隊訓練以及全民國防教育普及化的目標，除可有效降低訓練教育經費、裝備耗損及教育訓練意外之外，體感科技模擬訓練的反覆訓練功能，更可有效提高全民國防教育對象以及部隊訓練之效益，並來作為驗證實作訓練教育成效之依據。
