全民國防教育之科技化-以我國體感科技為例

摘要


現今科技技術發達,元宇宙議題方興未艾.如何透過建構體感科技技術或建置場域,來提高全民國防教育對象以及部隊實作訓練效益、降低成本,並達成以虛實整合模式,完成部隊打、裝、編、訓,以及全民國防教育科技化之普及落實,為目前我國體感產業可以協助完成及發展之方向.由於符合國軍陸、海、空軍部隊訓練所需的兵種戰術及聯合戰役層級的場地或區域明顯不足,我國科研機構和民間企業,在擴增實境AR、虛擬實境VR、混合實境MR 等技術以及實務上,具備一定的成熟技術。再加上5G、低軌道衛星等高速技術的發達,針對全民國防教育科技化之需求,可建構符合台灣實際地形、地貌場景的體感科技訓練模擬系統,以克服大型演訓場地不足及能量不足的困境。透過體感科技已有的相關實例,來達成部隊訓練以 及全民國防教育普及化的目標,除可有效降低訓練教育經費、裝備耗損及教育訓練意外之外,體感科技模擬訓練的反覆訓練功能,更可有效提高全民國防教育對象以及部隊訓練之效益,並來作為驗證實作訓練教育成效之依據。

With the development of science and technology nowadays, the issue of the metaverse is in the ascendant. How to improve the effectiveness of All-out national defense education objects and troops’ fighting, equipment, compiling and training, reduce costs, and achieve a virtual-real integration model by constructing somatosensory technology or field The popularization and implementation is the direction that our country's somatosensory industry can assist in its completion and development. Due to the obvious shortage of venues or areas that meet the military tactics and joint campaign required for the training of the army, navy, and air force, our country's scientific research institutions and private enterprises are in the field of augmented reality AR, virtual reality VR, and mixed reality MR. In terms of technology and practice, it has a certain mature technology. Coupled with the development of high-speed technologies such as 5G and low-orbit satellites, in response to the needs of All-out national defense education technology, a somatosensory technology training simulation system can be constructed that conforms to Taiwan's actual terrain and landform scenes to overcome the shortage of large-scale training venues and insufficient energy. the predicament. Through the existing relevant examples of somatosensory technology, to achieve the goal of popularizing military training and All-out national defense education, in addition to effectively reducing training and education expenses, equipment wear and tear, and education and training accidents, the repeated training function of somatosensory technology simulation training, It can effectively improve the object of All-out national defense education and the effectiveness of army training, and serve as a basis for verifying the effectiveness of training and education.
