探討使用者介面設計師與使用者體驗設計師專業職能與現況-利用文字探勘技術工具

新科技的發明在未來是否能被靈活運用，取決於成功的產品體驗，產品的使用感受決定了往後的科技在未來的日子裡是否能夠普及以及擴大，若是產品無法吸引大眾自發性的使用，發明再新穎的科技，也無法使科技為生活帶來便利性及普遍性，所以必須開始重視以「使用者為中心」的概念。使用者介面設計師與使用者體驗設計師將是在未來蓬勃發展的職業，新科技將會以多樣貌的載體傳遞，使用者介面設計師與使用者體驗設計師的工作內容必須隨著產業趨勢不斷變化，但是核心的專業職能是必須要穩固的因素。因此，本研究將利用文字探勘技術工具運用 Python beautiful soup 組件針對 104 人力銀行網站收集使用者介面設計師與使用者體驗設計師相關工作廣告，進行自動爬文分析非結構化資料。透過文字探勘技術來探討及分析企業需求和使用者介面與使用者經驗設計師需要具備何種基礎能力，訂定使用者介面與使用者經驗設計師職業的核心專業職能，以及探討國內使用者介面設計師與使用者體驗設計師的薪資狀況與工作內容。

Whether the invention of new technology can be used flexibly in the future depends on the successful product experience. Therefore, we must start to pay attention to the concept of "user-centered". Now,whether it is marketing, branding, entertainment, media, various fields have begun to care about the "cross-screen behavior" of users, but the communication and interaction of messages has become a very important part now. It determines whether users will continue to receive messages and how they feel when receiving messages. Therefore UI/UX will be a booming profession in the future, and all walks of life may touch this field.New technology will be delivered in avariety of carriers, UI/UX work content must be constantly changing with industry trends, but competency is the factors that must be stabilized. This research will use the text mining technology tool to use the Python beautiful soup component to collect UI/UX related job advertisements on the 104 Human Resources Bank website, and conduct automatic crawling analysis of a total of 3348 pieces of data, and then through the module provided by SAS Enterprise Miner-Text Mining, Perform text classification and text clustering.
