探討人力資源發展議題下專業職能研究之現況：採用書目計量法

摘要

近年來人力資源發展相關議題備受重視，專業職能之研究日漸普及。本文利用統計、數學等書目計量法之技術，評估研究之發展現況。其中利用PRISMA分析流程，擷取Scopus電子資料庫作為搜尋工具，以「Competency」為主要關鍵字，時間界定為2018年至2022年，共蒐集1814篇論文資料，並採用VOSviewer書目分析軟體作為工具，將文獻資料可視化，並繪製知識圖譜，針對關鍵字之數量分析、共字網絡分析、共被引網絡分析、作者科研合作、國家與組織研究文獻被引用進行探討，其結果將有助於進一部探討未來關於專業職能研究之相關研究議題分析，以及延伸相關研究。

In recent years, issues related to human resource development have received much attention, and research on professional functions has become increasingly popular. This article uses statistics, mathematics and other bibliometric techniques to assess research trends. Among them, the PRISMA analysis process was used to extract the Scopus electronic database as a search tool, with "Competency" as the main keyword, and the time period was defined as 2018 to 2022. A total of 1814 papers were collected, and the VOSviewer bibliographic analysis software was used as a tool. Visualize the literature data, draw a knowledge map, and discuss the quantitative analysis of keywords, co-word network analysis, co-citation network analysis, author scientific research cooperation, national and organizational research literature citations, and the results will help to further the analysis of related research topics in the future research on professional functions, and to extend related research.
