我國高級職業學校職業輔導現況及改進途徑之研究

摘 要 論文名稱:我國高級職業學校職業輔導現況及改進途徑之研究 頁數:147 校 所 別:國立台北科技大學技術及職業教育研究所 畢業時間:九十四學年度第二學期 學 位:碩 士 研 究 生:袁善民 指導教授:曾淑惠教授 關鍵詞:輔導、職業輔導、生涯輔導 本篇研究以我國高職為研究範圍,主要目的有四:(一)探討高職學生職業輔導需求項目;(二)探討高職職業輔導的組織架構與工作職掌;(三)探討高職職業輔導的實施項目;(四)探討高職職業輔導所遭遇之問題,並尋求改進途徑。研究者透過文獻探討的整理與分析確立研究架構,並修訂「我國高級職業學校職業輔導現況調查問卷」,對高職職業輔導承辦人157人普查及分層抽樣高三學生2,400人施測,獲得有效樣本計職業輔導承辦人117份(回收率74.5%)、高三學生1,920份(回收率80%),所使用的統計方法主要包括:描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、卡方考驗等進行研究。經分析結果獲致下列結論: 1.高職高三學生的職業輔導需求項目計有24項,包含「職業選擇」、「職業準備」、「就業安置」、「追蹤輔導」四個方面的需求。 2.高職職業輔導的組織尚未完全依法令規定設置:(1)職業輔導工作委員,有48%的高職未設置;(2)就業輔導組,有12%的高職未設置;(3)職業輔導業務承辦人的編制未一致,83%的學校由就業組負責,2%學校由教師擔任,5%學校由一級主管擔任,5%學校由科主任擔任,5%學校由職員擔任。 3.各校配合高職學生的需求所實施的職業輔導項目,其執行率有相當大的落差。 4.高職實施職業輔導工作遭遇到的問題計有13項,各校問題不盡相同,百分比較高的前幾項問題,都屬高職實施職業輔導工作實務面的問題:內含學生問題、組織編制分工、經費、督導系統、政策、教育、行政等相關問題。實務面的問題根本解決之道,在於完善的政策及法規(如就業服務法、職業學校規程等)的落實。

Keyword: Guidance , Vocational Guidance , Career Guidance This thesis studied senior vocational school in our country as the research range, there were four main purposes:(1) To probe into vocational students needs in the vocational guidance; (2) To probe into organization types and distribution of vocational guidance work ; (3) To probe into the projects in vocational guidance in senior vocational schools; (4) To probe into problems met in the vocational guidance job, and to seek solutions. Arrangement and analysis of documents researched establish the structure of study. Also, a revision is done about the questionnaire of present situation about vocational guidance in senior vocational school in Taiwan. We randomly selected 157 teachers and 2,400 students at the third grade samples surveyed by questionnaires, and obtained the effective samples from 117 teachers and undertakers (a retrieval rate of 74.5% ) as well as 1,920 students (a retrieval rate of 80% ). The statistical methods used includes descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, chi-square test, and a one-way ANOVA. The following conclusions are drawn from the analyzied result. 1. The project of job coaching and guidance for the third grades in Senior Vocational school has 24 demands. It includes vocational selection, vocational preparation , vocational placement, and tracking counseling. 2. Vocational guidance organization has not been totally in accordance with statutes. (1) Vocational guidance committees have not been set up in 48% senior vocational school; (2) Vocational guidance sections have not been set up in 12% senior vocational school; (3) The organizations of vocational guidance undertaker's is not unanimous. 83% of the schools commission employment group. 2% of the schools are served by teachers, 5% of the schools are served by the senior executives, 5% of the schools are served by the head of the department. 5% of the schools are served by the staff members . 3. The execution rate of vocational guidance in coordination with student's needs differs greatly from school to school. 4. There are 13 problems encountered in implementing vocational guidance at senior vocational school, every school encounters different problems. The first few problems at higher percentages belong to the realistic problems in vocational guidance implementation at senior vocational schools. Relevant problems include students, organizations, policies, education, administration, etc. The basic solution to the realistic problems lie in perfect policy and implementation of the regulation.
