數位控制之無橋交錯式功率因數修正器的研製

摘要


本論文主要研製一數位控制之無橋交錯式功率因數修正器,其主要目的在於提高轉換效率與功率因數修正,並且以訊號相差180度的交錯方式控制兩相開關訊號,以減少電流漣波及元件應力。此外,本文建議兩種切換技術應用於本架構上以改善效率,改良型PWM控制可提升整體效率;模式切換可改善輕載時效率。 本文利用德州儀器公司所生產的數位信號處理TMS320F28035為控制平台,驗證數位控制之無橋交錯式功率因數修正器在實作或設計分析上是否正確。本文所研製之轉換器的規格為輸入交流電壓220V,輸出直流電壓395V,總額定功率600W,切換頻率為65kHz。由模擬與實驗結果證實,滿載下,最高效率可達97%以上,且可達到功率因數修正。由以上結果驗證設計與實驗的正確性。

The objective of this thesis is to design and implement a bridgeless interleaved power factor corrector. The main objective is to improve the conversion efficiency and power factor correction, and reduce current ripple and component stresses by controlling the gating signals with 180-degree phase interleaving. Moreover, two switching techniques are used to improve the efficiency. Modified PWM technique improves the overall efficiency and mode switching technique provides efficiency improvement under light load condition. The signal processor, TMS320F28035, is used as the control platform for the verification of design and implementation. The design specifications include: input AC voltage of 220V, output DC voltage of 395V, total power rating of 600W, switching frequency of 65 kHz. Simulation and experimental results show the maximum efficiency is up to 97% under full load condition and power factor correction can be achieved. These results confirm the design and implementation.
